I cant connect!

just want to ask, why I cant connect to d server? Is d server down?[/b][/[/color]color][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.], plz Help me

did you try other chnls ?

i have 2 isp, when i login using my dsl 3mbps, cant connect, when i use my other isp which is broadband 2mbps, i cant play! whats wrong? IP banned?

try off your anti virus

theres nothing wrong w/ my anti virus, i think I got IP Banned

If you got IP banned, it would've said or said failed to connect at the login screen, it wouldn't be at the character screen (I would have thought)

Could you connect before?

I don't believe the ip in the neuz would be any problem if he or she is on the character screen o.O

How ever, i've been across this problem before, it happend to be something wrong with the neuz.exe

In which case, I can repair that problem. As it only requires to alter an IP within neuz.exe.

Oh wait, I never seen you mention that part, uhm correct me if i'm wrong, DSL is the local network where you connect VIA landline? In which case, maybe it's just the fact that the lines are busy, or it cannot handle your request, I won't know much about DSL as i've never been on it. If it's what I think it is.

My DSL Speed is 3Mbps, my broadband is 2mbps

I have no idea then :S But once again, i've never been on landline, so I wouldn't be able to help you much, other then say that they must limit you to certain use of it, even if it's 3 Mbps

Yeah, that'd probably be the wise thing to do, explain what ports the game uses too. (I forgot the ports, but I think it uses 3 ports).

Maybe a port is blocked on their side.

try register again now new website is up .

did you ask your supplyers about the ports I said about?
