"Cannot Connect to the server" Empty "Cannot Connect to the server"

Well idk but as soon as i open the game and i write ma ID+PW it freezes for like 15-20 seconds, then it tells meh "Cannot Connect to the server, Please try agian later". Any help. :D
PS:I had the client that was i think, 2-3 months old. Fully updated but still downloading the 1 from site. It'll really help me and not waste my time if i have a solution. Ty
