Probleme with GM

Hello people,
I've just one question and please i need an answer.

It's normal than a GM freeze someone because i've said than he have a awake cheat ( 12% speed on one line ) this awake isn't possible now ?

Secondly , he said than i was bann because i've insult his , after than he have freeze me and say than Defreeze command doesn't exist , you think than all players who see this awake and said : this awake is cheat you're a cheater , so all people take time to upp a character and in 2sec you're definitively Freeze and probably Bann because when you're hungry after this , you insult he ?

it's legal to Freeze all people , it's was a crises of Freeze or something like than ?
I don't have to said in this Topic name of GM because in DataBase Gm can look all command used by others GM.

But please Nick and Head i've to received this answer and if i'm not a victim by this probleme MP me in game and bann my chars i think.

You'll need to say who GM it was .. GMs are allowed to freeze with reasons, but I think not cause of insulting.
The awake of 12% Speed isn't possible and it's not allowed, so tell us who is it, and I don't think the GM freezed "all" people ..

The behaviour will have consequences ..

The Gm is Byakuya he have freeze me after than i've said than sir2... i don't know rest of name character , who have a wedge suit awak 12% speed and 2 lines dct.
He have said than Nick want to bann me when he was on. :'(
