Rules For Players !

By creating an account and playing on FlyForDemocracy, you have agreed to follow the rules of our network. Arguments against the rules of our server in response to a typical punishment will be ignored; read the rules and follow them

In Regards to Character/Guild Names :

Names and Guild Names must not be :

1) Sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, racially or ethically offensive language,vulgarity

2) Made to Impersonate GM staff. Please keep updated on the current staff via the staff list. It's up to you to keep updated.

In Regards to Spamming(of all types) :

What's the spamm ? :

Spamming is considered repeating the same or similar lines of text 5 or more times within 1 min. All forms of chat are covered(shout,general...)

1) First offense will be given a warning
2) Second offense will be 1 hour mute
3) Third offense will be a 4 day mute
4) Fourth offense will be a permanent mute.

Party/Trade/Guild/Friend Invite Spamming

Spamming another player or staff member with party/trade/guild/friend invite requests is not allowed. If they say no more than twice to your invite, accept it as a NO

Punishment Party/Trade/Guild/Friend Invite Spamming :

1) First offense will be given a warning.
2) One day ban
3) Four day ban.
4) Permanent ban.

In Regards to Harassment of Another Player or Staff Member :

Harassment is defined as the unwanted attacks upon another player [general chat, private message, guild, shout, whisper] with malicious intent(cursing/swearing/cussing at someone etc). If you have asked the person to please stop, screenshot all conversation with them and report it via the staff/forum with your screenshots.

Note: Vulgarities and profanities are only allowed to some degree. Shouting vulgarities, or conversation regarding gore or other unpleasantness in public is not acceptable.

Punishment for Text Harrassment:


1) First offense will be given a warning
2) Two hour mute
3) Seven day mute
4) Permanent mute


Insulting or disrespecting a Democracy Flyff staff member will not be tolerated. We understand you can get frustrated but DO NOT insult staff members.

Punishment for Insulting a FFD Staff member :

1) Three day ban
2)Permanent ban

In Regards to Impersonation :

GM Impersonation:

Impersonating or pretending to be a GM or any member of the DEMOCRACY Flyff staff, will result in a permanent ban !

In Regards to Hacking, Duping, and Exploits :

Hacking :

Any attempts to hack or crash the server, hack an account,item,penya,teleport hack,stat hack or use a third party programm to obtain any advantages in the game will result in a permanent ban.

Duping :

Duping, or using an exploit to duplicate items will also result in permanent ban. Being in possession of a duped/hacked item will also result in consequences; however this will be dealt with on a case to case basis. If you buy an item from someone and it happens to be duped, your account may be put under investigation, in which time means you will not have access to that account until we have finished the investigation.

Exploits :

Excessive position lagging [ranged asal/other melee skill that should not be ranged] will result in the following :

1) Warning, asked to stop.
2) Ban of character and account.

YOU WILL NOT GET FROZEN/BANNED WITHOUT A WARNING.

In Regards to Item Restoration :

DemocracyFlyff staff cannot restore items. The only thing that will ever be restored(because of a rollback)are Donation Points/the items bought DIRECTLY with Donation Points that are on your own account. Items lost during a rollback that ARE NOT bought directly with Donation Points on YOUR account not be restored.

Democracy FLYFF is not responsible for items lost in :
trades
downtimes
rollbacks
mail
pets dying
inventory/guild warehouse, etc.

NOTE : Log out and log in after a big trade/upgrade for save your character.

In Regards to account

You are not allowed to sell/buy an account.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR ID AND PASSWORD ! ALL ITEMS ARE UNDER YOUR RESPONSABILITY !


NOTE : The Lord is not allowed to unfreeze a character if this character has been frozen by a GameMaster. If you do not follow that :

1) 2 days banned
2) Account banned




[Frequently Asked Questions]

What does "muted" mean ?

* This means that a GM has made it so your character cannot talk.
During this time, you cannot use your /say command, talk in ANY form of chat. If you have been muted, you must stay online on THAT character for the length of that mute !

What does "frozen" mean?

* You can not move.

Can you give me penya/items/level please ?

NO, Game Master are not allowed to help a player or join a party without any circumstance.

Can you please ban [name] ?

NO, a Game Master are not allowed to bann without proof or reason.
