Bugg of my donate O_o

hello, yesterday i have paid 10£ on sms and i buy Pink goth suit.
this morning, the serveur bug but i have done it to connected and i have my pink goth suit.
After the bug, i connecte my forcemaster but the BIG probleme arrive...
my Pink goth suit have disappear (10£ of my phone T_T) and i have say to Gm (i haven't pictures of my suit but i have mail and sms for my paid).
Can you do somthing for me ?! please
i must send picture of email ?
