Why can't I connect?

I've been having a problem of connecting to the server. I clicked "start" on the patcher and window came out, then after a few mins, it'll just suddenly disappear. I don't know what to do ._. Please help me.

Try this one..

1.)Right Click on Democracy.exe then Click Properties

2.) Click on Compatibility(Tab) > Click the checbox(Run this program in compatibility mode for:) to enable the choices of other compatible versions. Then choose Windows XP (Service Pack 3) then Click Apply/OK.
