Problem with my laptop.

Uhm..

I got a question about my laptop. Why does my laptop keep turning it's self off?. The plug-in is in the powerpoint, But sometimes my laptop will turn it's self off O.o. Btw. The batteries of my laptop won't charge if they are in the powerpoint. I always keep my plug-in in the powerpoint, Because when i pull it out my laptop will turn off automaticly. But even if i just let it in the powerpoint my laptop turns it self off sometimes like today. Today it turned it's self off 3 times. If someone can help me please comment a.s.a.p

Or mayby i just need to buy a new laptop

maybe it's your battery, you need to replace it.. try getting the battery off the laptop and plug in the power source. if it still turns off then it's a hardware problem or you might need to clean the fan of your laptop.

Well my friend fixed this laptop for me. He said don't pull out the plug-in that is in the powerpoint or the laptop will turn off. So i never did pull of the plug-in. I always keep it in the powerpoint. And it's not a hardware problem since the pc is fixed some months ago, But Xero if the fan is full of dust and i don't clean it will it turn off automaticly too?.

yes, the dust will clogged the fan and it will cause the fan to stop working.. you can also take off the battery and just plug in the power source.

It's maybe also a heat problem?
