It's not about how I can help you, it's about how I can help the players. GM's job
is to assist the players if they need assistance and to keep a neat and tidy running server for the rest
of the players. To stop and detain those breaking rules or found cheating the game for personal gain or benefit and to stop harassment/bullying/spamming/rule breaking/ cheating/hacking of any sort to maintain the servers overall quality and satisfaction of players. So in short, it's all about the happiness of the players, because without players, there would be no server.
