Starting with something

Since the vote system is off (as I saw) there is no way someone new can have a start and lift him up.
When I got to the server, I had to ask someone if I can take the money he isnt taking just to buy a board that I can call normal and not slow as hell.
You can just go over the voting (alot of work, yea) and see who voted alot and ban him.
It's realy hard to start playing and I belive people will quit the server since its hard for new-comers to get a lift-up.
