White Boxes when attack and in town Empty White Boxes when attack and in town

When I first logged in there were these white boxes around stuff like the street lamps and center peice in town and its really lagging me also people have white boxes around them. I lowered the player effect and that did nothing. I wish to play with no white boxes :) Please Help.

i think its because u have a low Graphic Card Memory, try updating your Graphic Card Drivers.
