i can't lvl up my pet it's 99.99% but the pet tamer won't change the lvl.

Are you using a high level character to level it up? If yes, it would really not level up. Use a vagrant in leveling a pet (:

Problem solved just had to restart client ,by the way i was using a lvl 1 char
