The reason of the guild is to be the best in the server and win every siege.
You of all people know that creating a guild isn't about helping players.

Your dog food is just in our guild, it just doesn't know it yet.

You can't be the best at guild siege without helping players to the top. Like you could invite all of the op's in the game you still won't be the best.The ones that put the effort in a eventually buy the op sets are the ones you want. They are the ones that will win you guild siege.
