All of my characters is bug!

Nick Hough Help Please!
whenever i try to log in any of my chararacter it just freezes there and a few seconds later FLYFF just Crash >_< its been 3 days
Help Please! T.T

Really :O ! Try to delete Data,Datasub1,Datasub2 & Neuz.exe , Then start the game with Democracy.exe

it doesn't work manon :(( its really been 3 days i still cant get in any of my characters.
i tried to create a new account and created a vagrant it got in . so the problem is within my account its bug T.T and nick hough isnt doing anything i have a friend also bugged he's pissed now T.T
