see i have this bug as a crack shooter. monsters keep blocking and i have tried with more hit and such plz help me! :) :D

Monsters in what map? Monsters in sanpres and upresia have rooting(/blocks you from moving) skills.

Well you can't do anything against it these mobs have an insane blockrate.. :) Try to kill them with your AoE skill ;D
